Okay so the other day I had Panda Express for the first time and it wasn't terrible, but when I compare it to a little Chinese spot, Golden Chopsticks, in the neighborhood, it doesn't stand a chance. I am sure that like many other major fast food restaurants Panda Express started off being all about the food and the people, but when the opportunity to expand presents itself the quality starts to decline while the money starts to come in. Give me a "mom & pop" restaurant over a major company any day!
