One of my first posts on this blog was my review of this album, so here it is...."Sept 2009" Ok so I ordered the Deluxe edition of Kid Cudi's debut album, which came with the cd, a dvd, and a poster. The Poster is small but ok, the dvd is not as good as I thought it would be, but the album....... ooohhh the album,is an amazing work of art. Its a very dark ride through Cudi's mind, in which he is alone on the moon dealing with himself, his nightmares, and his dreams. Your mind kinda has to be on another level to connect with this album, whether through drugs or just your head naturally being in the clouds like mines is lol. *I do not endorse any kind of illegal substances lol*. I actually connect with this album, because I made similar songs when I first started making beats. All my songs were about me living in space by myself, and dealing with the lonliness, solitude, and fear of life in the unknown. All my friends made fun of it and called my music "spacey" beats, which is exactly what it was, and what this album is. Thanks Cudi for reppin for all us abstract spacey people.
